Asst. Prof. Roshani Rajbanshi, PhD
Acting Head, Department of STEAM Education, KUSOED
Dr. Roshani Rajbanshi is an Acting Head, academic researcher, and educator specializing in STEAM education, educational technology, participatory action research, and inquiry-based science teaching. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of STEAM Education at the School of Education, Kathmandu University. Dr. Rajbanshi earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Educational Learning Technology from New Mexico State University, along with advanced degrees in Environmental Health and Safety Management and Botany. Her work focuses on teacher professional development, transformative learning, qualitative research, and innovative approaches to science and STEAM education. She has also contributed to academic research, international collaborations, and educational transformation initiatives in Nepal and beyond.

Netra Kumar Manandhar
Coordinator, Undergraduate Program, KUSOED
Netra Kumar Manandhar is a Lecturer and PhD Student at Kathmandu University. He is now working at the Department of STEAM Education, Kathmandu University School of Education (KUSOED), Nepal. He is also the Coordinator of the B Tech Ed Program (Information Technology & Civil Engineering) of Kathmandu University. He is doing his PhD in AI in Education. He has been teaching various courses at the Master's and MPhil levels and supervising dissertations and research projects. He has presented papers/research works in national and international conferences. He has been involved in developing resource materials, teachers' Manuals, Curriculum, Curriculum Materials, etc., at the school/university level. He speaks and writes about Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI in education, AI in Mathematics Education, pedagogical innovations, uses of technology in education, progressive education and Assessment, STEAM education, etc. His research interests are AI in Education, in general, and AI in Mathematics Education, in particular, Learning Analytics, STEAM Education, Educational Technology, Mathematics and Science Education, Transformative Educational Research, Data Science, Statistics, Action Research, and research studies on Reflective Practices. He has rich experience and expertise in Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research, and Mixed Methods Research.

Avinash Maskey
Lecturer
Avinash Maskey is an IT educator, technology innovator, and academic professional with expertise in software development, database management, web technologies, project management, and data science. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the Kathmandu University School of Education while also leading product innovation as the Director of Product Management at Prajanya Soft Pvt. Ltd.. With extensive teaching experience across several higher education institutions in Nepal, he is recognized for integrating practical industry knowledge with academic instruction in areas such as software engineering, system analysis, web programming, and information systems. His professional background also includes research in machine learning and experience in financial analysis, reflecting a multidisciplinary approach to technology, education, and innovation.
